6. No Guarantees

While many clients report positive experiences, Aurelia Alchemy makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding any particular outcome, benefit, improvement, result, or transformation.

Testimonials, case studies, examples, or client stories published on our website represent individual experiences only and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.

Your results will depend upon numerous factors beyond our control, including your own participation, circumstances, mindset, and individual experiences.

7. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received unless otherwise agreed in writing by Aurelia Alchemy.

By completing a booking, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details remain current so that we can communicate important information relating to your booking.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Any changes to pricing will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through independent third-party payment providers. Aurelia Alchemy does not receive or store your full payment card details.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular event or promotion, requests received at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling to another available session.

Requests received less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session may be treated as a missed appointment and may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Aurelia Alchemy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to illness, technical difficulties, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where this occurs, clients will be offered either an alternative session or an appropriate refund.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of live healing sessions, digital products, downloadable resources, educational materials, and other immediately accessible digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or the service has commenced.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Refund requests will be considered individually where required by law or where exceptional circumstances exist at Aurelia Alchemy's sole discretion.

10. Missed Appointments

Clients are responsible for attending booked sessions at the scheduled time.

If you fail to attend a scheduled live session without prior notice, the session may be considered forfeited and no refund or replacement session will be provided unless otherwise required by law.

Where session recordings or replays are included with your booking, access to those recordings will satisfy our obligation to provide the purchased service where applicable.

11. Client Responsibilities

By participating in our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering or booking.
• Participate respectfully and responsibly.
• Use our services for lawful purposes only.
• Respect the privacy and wellbeing of other participants.
• Follow any reasonable instructions provided before or during a session.

You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you remain solely responsible for your own physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, financial, and personal wellbeing.

12. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that complementary wellness practices, including energy healing, meditation, visualisation, mindfulness exercises, breathwork, and similar modalities, may produce different experiences for different individuals.

By participating in any Aurelia Alchemy service, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with your participation and acknowledge that any decisions, actions, interpretations, or experiences arising from your participation remain your own responsibility.

If at any time you experience physical discomfort, emotional distress, or any other concern, you should discontinue participation and seek appropriate assistance from a qualified healthcare professional where necessary.

13. Intuitive Guidance and Personal Interpretation

Aurelia Alchemy may provide intuitive observations, energetic impressions, symbolic interpretations, educational guidance, or personalised insights during healing sessions or through our online assessments.

These insights are subjective in nature and are intended solely to encourage self-reflection, personal growth, and wellbeing. They should not be interpreted as statements of objective fact, guarantees, predictions, diagnoses, or professional advice.
