Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment
At Aurelia Alchemy, we are committed to providing high-quality healing sessions, educational resources, and digital experiences. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all bookings, purchases, and registrations unless otherwise stated.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once full payment has been successfully received or other written payment arrangements have been agreed with Aurelia Alchemy.
Please review your booking details carefully and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.
3. Client Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
Cancellation requests received at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session may, at our discretion, be eligible for rescheduling to another available session.
Cancellation requests received less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time are generally not eligible for a refund or rescheduling, except where required by applicable law.
4. Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
Where practical, Aurelia Alchemy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate one request to reschedule a booked session, provided sufficient notice is given and an alternative session is available.
Additional rescheduling requests may not be possible and remain entirely at our discretion.
5. Missed Appointments
If you do not attend a scheduled session or join after the session has substantially commenced, your booking may be treated as a missed appointment.
Missed appointments are generally not eligible for refunds or replacement sessions unless otherwise required by law.
Where replay access is included with your purchase, providing access to the replay fulfils our obligation to deliver the purchased service.
6. Digital Products and Downloadable Content
Digital products, downloadable resources, assessment reports, guides, recordings, and similar digital content become available immediately upon purchase or delivery.
Because these products cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Live Online Healing Sessions
Live online healing sessions require significant preparation and reserved availability.
Once a live session has commenced, refunds are generally not available simply because the experience did not meet personal expectations or because a particular outcome was not achieved.
Every participant experiences complementary wellness services differently, and individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
8. Sessions Cancelled by Aurelia Alchemy
If Aurelia Alchemy needs to cancel or postpone a scheduled session due to illness, technical difficulties, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, clients will be offered one of the following:
- A place in a rescheduled session.
- Transfer of the booking to another equivalent session.
- An appropriate refund where no suitable alternative can be provided.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognise that exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise.
Refund requests outside this policy may be considered individually at Aurelia Alchemy's sole discretion. Any decision made in such circumstances does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing contained within this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where local laws provide consumers with mandatory rights relating to refunds or cancellations, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.
