Energy Reset Group Session
This is a 30-minute remote energy reset designed to help you release mental, emotional, and energetic heaviness so you can feel clearer, calmer, and more aligned.
Each session is held at a scheduled time and focuses on a specific weekly theme such as overthinking, emotional release, confidence, or energetic balance.
Once you complete your booking, you are automatically included in the next session. There is nothing you need to do during the session — simply relax and receive.
You may choose to enhance your experience by listening to soothing meditation music, and it is recommended to drink water and take slow, deep breaths to support relaxation and integration.
